Over the years, I’ve worked with over 100 startups, global corporations, and multicultural teams, translating complex research into simple, actionable tools that anyone can use to make an immediate impact.

It’s a skill that can be learned and mastered, regardless of where you are or what team you lead. My mission is to make science-backed strategies accessible to busy managers, empowering them to inspire their teams, build trust, and navigate challenges with confidence.

My story

I learned on the front lines.

From growing up in Israel to working in New York’s dynamic business world, my journey into understanding high-performing global teams didn’t follow a traditional path. 


I learned from the front lines - almost a decade in venture capital, corporate innovation, and business development for tech companies, is where I discovered one undeniable truth: culture is king. 


At this point, I joined PwC,  as a consultant, working with Israeli-U.S. tech companies to drive organizational and cultural change, and later led the U.S. activity of ROM Business Psychology, a boutique consulting firm, focusing on business psychology training and consulting. 


Today I work with leaders and companies to bring out the best in their teams, creating workplaces where people feel valued, motivated, and empowered to take ownership - wherever they’re based.


I’m a Forbes 30 Under 30 (2019) honoree and co-host of one of Israel’s most popular tech podcasts, with over 3 million downloads.


When I’m not consulting or teaching, you’ll find me traveling the world with my family, or exploring how human behavior shapes the way we live and work.
