How does coaching work?

1. ​Intro call

30-minute call to discuss your goals for coaching and working together.

2. Action Plan

This is how we track progress. Based on the coachee's personal goals we co-create an action plan outlining the goals and what success looks like.

3. 60-Min Sessions Every Other Week

Where we’ll address the coachee’s current challenges and leadership dilemmas, providing tools and strategies they can immediately implement.

4. ​Continuous Learning & Development

Leadership is a lifelong journey. Therefore, we’re here to provide you with ongoing resources and exercises that align with your goals.
